The process of embroidery stitches your design or emblem directly into the fabric of the garment being embroidered. This is a permanent non-fade process that will both enhance the looks and last the lifetime of the garment.

All embroidery files (also known as jacquards) are held on computer and are recalled against each job as required, the process is digital and each colour-way is defined against a pallet of thread colours which ensures that you get identical results each time.

The starting point for a design is from your artwork (preferably in jpeg format but we are able to receive a wide range of standard artwork formats – including paper), this is then digitised to produce an embroidery file. There is a cost for the digitisation of complex designs, though those of medium or low complexity are normally catered for within the job cost. There is no repeat charge once a file has been initially digitised and minor amendments or colour changes are normally easy to make.

Printed artwork cannot be directly replicated in embroidery. The finite width of a thread and the materials that they are embroidered into dictates the minimum sizes of objects, the direction of threads and stitching patterns affects the way that light reflects off a design and are often incorporated into the overall look of a design.

We embroider in house on fully computerised twelve colour automatic Brother embroidery machines to achieve the best quality results. We offer a fixed pricing schedule for designs utilised as part of your work or corporate wear requirements.

When ordering in our on line store you will be asked to upload an image of the embroidery you require, should you wish to discuss this prior to ordering please forward your image, logo or motif as an attachment with your instructions to sales@jamiqs.co.uk.

We also offer a contract embroidery service to the trade.
